If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the payment method provided in your order. Otherwise—if the payment has not yet been completed—we will simply cancel the order as per your request.
Depending on the payment method you selected, the refund will typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within the next 3 to 5 business days.
In other cases, you are welcome to simply place a new order. However, due to the timing of the data import and the cancellation process, you may still receive an automated payment reminder email. You may disregard this email if you wish to proceed with the cancellation.
If, however, the issue was merely an interrupted payment, you are free to simply complete the payment. The choice is entirely yours.
