Returns due to incorrect size or if you do not like the item

For returns due to an incorrect size or if you do not like the item, we recommend passing the product on within your team if possible. This saves effort and helps protect the environment.

1. The fastest option

1. Simply place a new order for the item you need. Return the incorrect or unwanted item to us with the note “Refund”. You may also wait to return the item until you have received and checked the new item.
2. Please include the completed “Return Note” in the parcel. If you do not need a replacement item, please select “Refund”.
3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the amount within 3–5 working days using the original payment method.

2. The alternative option

You can also return the goods for an exchange to another size or for a refund only. Please note that this option may take a little longer, as we must first receive and inspect your return.

Please note the following on the “Return Note”:

• Exchange from size X to size Y
• or refund of the purchase amount

For PayPal or credit card payments, the refund will automatically be made to the original payment method. For other payment methods, a refund is possible if we have your bank details or if they are noted on the returned invoice.

3. Return in store

Alternatively, you can also return your items in person at one of our stores.

This is possible in both Hannover and Königsbrunn during the respective opening hours.

In this case, you do not need to send the return parcel.
