Information about the return
We always try to offer you a good and fast service. Nevertheless, there are occasional returns due to warranty claims and complaints. To ensure that everything runs smoothly in these cases, please note the following tips and information:
If you have complaints about the wrong size or not liking it, simply try to resell the product in your team. This also protects the environment.
If a return cannot be avoided, the following points MUST be followed to ensure smooth processing:
You have two options:
1) The fast way:
a) Simply order the required item again. Simply send the other item back with a refund notice. You can also wait until you have received and tried on the new item before returning it.
b) Simply send back the item you no longer need using the "Return Note" enclosed in the package.
If you don't need anything new, just tick Refund.
c) The money will be automatically refunded to the account you used when ordering within 3-5 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
2) The other way:
Exchange of the goods in a different size, or only return. This may take a little longer because we have to receive your return first.
To do this, note on the "Return Note":
a) Exchange goods from size X to Y
c) Refund money (condition: your bank details are known to us or were noted on the returned invoice, with PAYPAL, credit card the money will be refunded to these accounts.)
The postage costs to us:
Since the post office does not deliver unstamped or insufficiently franked packages, all returns, regardless of the reason, must be sufficiently stamped. Which shipping service you take for the return is up to you. Please note that a refund of postage costs due to not liking or wrong size ordered is not possible.
