What should I do if an item is missing or defective?
If your delivery is incomplete or an item arrives damaged, or develops a defect during use, please contact our customer service via the contact form or by phone at +49 (0)511 / 54290920.
Please note the following:
- Describe the defect as precisely as possible (e.g. damaged upon delivery or defect occurred during use).
- Attach clear photos of the damage or defect directly to your request.
- If possible, include your order number so we can process your request quickly.
- Please do not send duplicate inquiries. One request is sufficient and will be processed promptly.
- Telephone customer service cannot escalate or speed up cases.
