How will my order be delivered?

We currently ship our packages with GLS or DHL. If you are not at home, you can easily redirect your package to a parcel shop yourself using our tracking link.

You received the tracking link by email the evening the item was shipped. You can also track it there. The tracking link for international shipments may lead directly to your local carrier.

If you can't find it, send us a message with your order number, and we will resend you all the information.

Small packages often only reveal their full contents upon delivery and may even end up in your mailbox.
