3D-Secure process

As an additional security measure, we offer the 3-D security programs "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode". After you enter your VISA or MasterCard credit card number when placing your order, we connect with your card issuer so that you can use the code to confirm your identity. The credit card payment can only be made if the authentication is successful. 

You may occasionally receive a "Formitten" notification; however, the payment has usually been accepted. If that is not the case, our system will notify you subsequently.

You can also check if the payment is listed as pending on your credit card; if so, we have received it. If not, we will contact you automatically. There is no need to place a duplicate order.
