Order Changes – Address & Shipping
Once your order has been packed or shipped, no further changes can be made. You can always check the current status of your order in your customer account.
As long as your order has not yet been imported into our local system, you can edit it online yourself, if the option is still available. Especially for regular customers with SEPA direct debit, this is very easy to do.
Changing Address or Shipping Provider
Our systems run fully automatically. Any changes that interrupt the process may cause delays. However, as our positive reviews show, we usually deliver faster than promised.
Changes are only possible if:
- Your order has not yet been imported into our local system
- You have created a customer account
For orders paid via PayPal or credit card, changes can also be made. Please note: If the price changes, you will need to pay the difference online via a payment button.
